Managing Incoming Calls

When someone calls the myEmailPlus number, the caller hears your personal greeting followed by the Caller Options Menu that includes*:

Press to Call your Party (Caller Connect)

Press to leave a Voice Message

Press to send a Fax Message

Press for Assistance

Options in the menu are available only if they are activated during the set up process. For example, if you have set your availability options and marked yourself unavailable at the time of the call, the caller is not offered Option 1 "to call your party."
