Change Your Availability

When you mark yourself unavailable, calls are automatically sent to voicemail. To change your availability:

  • Access your account and listen to your Inbox Message Summary


  • Press 9 2 2 to Change your Availability status

Once you mark yourself unavailable, myEmailPlus prompts you to enter a time/date when you will be available again or specify if you want to remain unavailable indefinitely. For the correct way to enter the time see Helpful Tips.

To reverse your Availability status

  • Access your account and listen to your Inbox Message Summary


  • Press 9 2 1 to Change your Availability status
